Adult Care Services We provide in-home services that assists individuals and families. We are dedicated to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs and selectively placing trained personnel to meet those needs. Services we provide: - Home Making Services - Light cleaning, cooking and serving meals, errands, respite care, companionship, packing, teaching life skills, caring for plants and pets, etc..
- Personal Care - Assisting with grooming, bathing, dressing and undressing, mobilization activities, eating, self-administered medications with reminders, etc...
- Daily Living Skills
- Supported Employment - Assessment and Development, Job Coaching and Ongoing Support, Skills Training and Development.
Whenever an individual is unable to continue to function in their home, we can also provide Adult Family Care Home services. Our Adult Family Homes are just like being home. Your loved ones will feel part of a family and treated as such. - Adult Family Care Homes (Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties)
Call to set up an In Home Assessment Non-medical in-home assessments are conducted to find clients' functioning capabilities, to identify their needs, and to determine what services are required to assist them to attain and maintain optimum independence.
