Course Description: This course equips early childhood educators with practical strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom. Participants will learn how to identify and understand the underlying causes of behaviors, implement positive guidance techniques, and create a supportive classroom environment that promotes emotional regulation, social skills, and positive interactions.
