Return Policy/Drop Policy:

Online Classes/Correspondence: Once you have enrolled in the course, you have two (2) days to drop the class via email and will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after the second day.

Mail order Courses:  Once you have enrolled in the course, we will wait 2 days before sending out materials.  You must drop the class via email within two days to receive a 50% discount.  There are no refunds after the second day.

 

Face to Face/Blended Classes/Remote: 

1. Partial Refunds for Dropping Classes Before Start Date
a. Dropping the Class 8 or More Days Before Start Date: You are eligible for a 50% refund if you drop the class at least 8 days before the start date.
b. Dropping the Class 7 Days or Less Before Start Date: No refunds will be issued if you drop the class within 7 days of the start date.

 

2. No Refunds Once Class Starts
Once the class has started, no refunds will be provided regardless of the amount of content accessed or the reason for dropping the class.

Enrollment in these courses is strictly non-transferable. This means that the registered participant is the only individual who is permitted to attend and participate in the course. Transferring enrollment or sharing course access with another person is not allowed under any circumstances.

In-Service/Professional Development/Consulting Services: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.  Once payment has been made, the customer must cancel the training event/consulting session at least 10 days before the start date of the event or session to receive a refund of deposit.  There are no refunds or adjustments to the invoice for missing or absent staff members.  There will be adjustments in the invoice for additional staff that are present during the training. Full remaining payment is due immediately after the training event.  No certificates will be provided until payment is made in full.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at networxllc@sbcglobal.net within the applicable refund window.

  • Provide your full name, the course name, and the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
